Working together using a digital platform, Insain creates a safe environment around the belief that anything is possible. By listening to the young person share their thoughts and feelings about what they want their future to look like, and by asking the questions that matter, we encourage thinking the unthinkable, being creative, and not letting barriers dictate our dreams - instead, adopting a mindset of identifying and overcoming our obstacles.

By discussing these barriers and identifying the underlying answers behind the young person's vision, this really lets us see what lies at the heart of the young person's hopes for themselves and their future. It is important that the young person sees the vision for themselves as something they have created and that they will achieve later in their Vision Plan.
