An Insain Vision plan sets the young person up to be ready for action. It defines the young person's objectives, and how the VisionWorker will be involved in strengthening the young person's desire to succeed.

We look at the vision holistically to determine what is required to overcome any obstacles the young person foresees, instilling a deeper understanding of what actions they need to take to succeed in their ambitions.

 

We also explore what actions other collaborators need to take to support the youth and make things happen, ensuring the best team has been collected in line with the young person's vision.

All parties must have a choice, enrolled or committed, to identify with the vision and apply themselves to it.

The main purpose of this process is to collaborate with as many therapeutic helpers as necessary to create a culture of collaboration in achieving the future vision of a young person.
